Hey guys, I found the best audio fix!!! The new voodoo 2.9 by chris1111 raises the laptops speaker volume to stock windows. For the headphone jack the clarity is almost perfect (almost). This is the best fix I've tried. Link: https://github.com/chris1111/VoodooHDA-2.9.0-Clover-V11/releases.

Didn't work for me either. I have a different issue though... My sound out of the speakers are perfect, but when I plug in a set of headphones, I get a brief amount of sound through them and then it stops. Mac OS recognizes that the headphones are plugged in, but nothing.

I can see Bluetooth and it seems to be searching for devices, but I cannot get it to find anything, if I can find a way to fix my Bluetooth and get my Bluetooth headphones to work, I will be happy.

if you are talking about screen resolution on my mi pro mac os is running at 1920x1080

My Mi Notebook will run natively at 1920x1080 and also when I plug in an external display to the HDMI. If you want to run at a high resolution, I have used RDM [Retina Display Menu] for some years now on normal Macs and other Hackintosh machines builds and it allows me to increase the resolution. Grab it here: https://github.com/avibrazil/RDM

1920x1080 was a bit taxing on my eyes.

Hi Foccoland,

That is really good news. Can you tell me how you got the Notebook to recognize the USB as bootable, what settings do you have in your BIOS? Can you just give me an indication as to the process of making your USB because I can just cannot get the Notebook to see my USB.

Thanks
J
Man, i have the same problem.
You have to download the full image iso. HS 10.13.2 have more than 5gb file.
Do not use any tool do download, the partition of installation doenst show up on boot. Try another iso, another computer. Search.
Try to solve and download via Apple Store on another mac and create the usb.

Hi

I followed the forum post here: https://www.******.com/r/hackintosh/comments/7amizy/guide_installing_macos_high_sierra_on_the_mi/ using Terminal to create the USB from the High Sierra .app from multiple sources, I have first tried the one from Apple, and then one that another use suggested. I then used Clover (latest version) to create the EFI Partition, and copied the files from this post over the top of the EFI / Clover Directory.

I seems to work, because I can see the Boot Partition if I use my other computer to boot from the USB, I can see the USB which is a Kingston, and then there is another one Kingston UEFI Partition and if I click on that it takes me to Clover. If I however, take the USB and plug it into the MI Notebook, nothing, not even the Kingston USB.

What version of the BIOS are you running, I am wondering if they have done something when they have shipped it with the latest version 502.

Thanks
Do what I said above.
The "MacOS High Sierra Patcher" doesn't work for me. Follow this guide step by step:

They do exist, and i'm looking for an answer to..

There are some conversion connectors. We just need to find the right one.

The SSD slot in our laptops is a key M. We need to convert it to a Key A, Key E or Key A+E.

An other possibility is to get an M.2 Key M to USB converter and solder the things to each other key a stripped USB WiFi adapter.

EDIT:

Think I found something:
