Boot verbose and you'll get verbose output during shutdown/restart.

Perhaps your slow shutdown is caused by 3rd party software you installed... Have you tried a fresh install?

I don't have 3rd party, but i have 1 partition NTFS for windows and OSX

It's fresh install in HD and cloning to SSD with Macrium reflect
