corrupted by the Probook installer?

Probably, though I don't think any of the script in the installer can corrupt the drive! Go to installer usb > Disk Utility to check if all partitions are kept.

The only one related to drive is the mounting EFI partition script, that's why I asked you about GPT drive.

Please after running PBI CE, post the troubleshooting files, before the drive is corrupted in next boot.

reinstalld it again ofter the existing system

now it "works"

Graphic is hurrable slow
cant disable the HD4000 Graphic (when i disable the switch in the bios its only the HD4000)
cant boot from the internal drive (only via stick)

as you see in the pics i have set the settings inside the Probook installer to high res but it does not work

im bit frustrated

Since it happens every 30 sec, it is likely something related to battery status.

Download patchmatic: https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-maciasl-patchmatic/downloads/RehabMan-patchmatic-2015-0107.zip
Extract the 'patchmatic' binary from the ZIP. Copy it to /usr/bin, such that you have the binary at /usr/bin/patchmatic.

In terminal,

rm -Rf ~/Downloads/RehabMan
mkdir ~/Downloads/RehabMan
cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan
patchmatic -extract

Post contents of Downloads/RehabMan directory (as ZIP).

Also, post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.
