After many restarts I know what to do to have a fully functioning install of El Capitan.
Here is what I did:
[Update from October 13th]
1. Cloned my Yosemite 10.10.5 system from my SSD to an internal hd as backup.
2. Made a PDF file from the manual "UniBeast: Install OS X El Capitan on Any Supported Intel-based PC" from tonymacx86, and following his instructions.
3. Deleted some more old kexts from my old Yosemite installation at /System/Library/Extension that tonymacx86 adviced to kill in "Clover Basics and Switching Advice" because they gathered since longer times and are useless.
4. Build an USB stick with Unibeast 6.0 like tonymac advised it in his manual.
5. Moved the PDF (the manual) and all the tools I needed to this USB stick. The tools list:
5a. "UniBeast/ Install OS X El Capitan on Any Supported Intel-based PC.pdf"
5b. "Clover_v2.3k_r3270_UEFI.pkg"
5c. "CustoMac Essentials.pkg"
5d. "Clover Configurator.app"
5e. "audio_cloverALC-110_v1.0g.command"
5f. "EFI Mounter-v2.app"
6. Took a second SSD, booted from the USB Stick. Then erased the SSD with Disk Utility and installed El Capitan on the new formatted SSD.
7. Rebooted to this SSD via Clover with USB Stick still in its place.
8. Run Clover_v2.3k_r3270_UEFI.pkg
9. Run CustoMac Essentials.pkg
10. Open the EFI volume of the SSD via EFI Mounter-v2.app (check the disk # first with disk utility).
11. Run Clover Configurator.app and set the mac model (iMac 13.2, see tonymac86s manual point 5.8, makes sleep and sound without problems)
12. Run audio_cloverALC-110_v1.0g.command with "y" - rerun it several times.
13. Open /Library/Extension on the new SSD and copying the new kexts
FakeSMC.kextApple
IntelE1000e.kext
AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext
RealtekRTL8111.kext
from there to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.11
14. Not all this kexts are needed for the Z77-DS3H. Therefore all but FakeSMC.kext and realtekALC.kext are deleted (Update: use "RealtekRTL8111.kext" meanwhile).
15. Now the kext for ethernet "ALXEthernet.kext" is copied from the EFI partition of the USB stick (use EFI Mounter-v2.app) to the EFI partition of the new El Capitan SSD (Update: use "RealtekRTL8111.kext" meanwhile).
16. In /E/C/k/10.11 now are this three kexts:
ALXEthernet.kext
FakeSMC.kext
realtekALC.kext
(Update: newest versions of FakeSMC, RealtekRTL8111 and USBinjectAll)17. Shut down, pull the USB stick and boot El Capitan.
18. Copy the information (data, User and programs) from the Yosemite installation with migration assistant (but attention: I first transferred the configuration info too and this blocks waking up from sleep. Therefore I skipped this in a second try and all went fine).
Ready.
Sleep is working with audio and super high speed with USB 3.0 too.
Update Feb. 22.: In /E/C/k/10.11 now are this 3 kexts:
FakeSMC
RealtekRTL8111
USBinjectAll
