Make sure you created your Unibeast4 USB and selected "Laptop Support"...

Looks normal, but did you replace VoodooPS2Controller.kext with latest?

(The one Unibeast provides is old and is incorrectly the Debug version instead of Release)

I'm somewhat out of ideas for you. Check BIOS settings. You could also try Clover. Also try plugging in an HDMI monitor.
