Screenshots are a must. At least a few.

Also I don’t see a place you specified where to get amibcp and such. I just grabbed it from the front of this review.

I can give you the differences for a mid 2019 model to add as well once I’m done with following it

Hi!I find a way to use macOS on SSD(pm981) in blade!
Now everything is OK except trackpad.

All you have to do is use another disk to install macOS first(even you can install in usb drive! I installed in my 32G Sandisk USB drive)and you can go yo the desktop of macOS.I spent 1.5 hours to install because of low speed of USB drive.

when you can get in desktop, shudown and boot Windows.Use DiskGenius to backup the part of macOS to your ssd and create a new part to restore it.(SSD is really fast, the backup and restore only take a few minutes).

And then put 2 nvme patch files in your EFI-Clover, you can boot macOS in your pm981SSD like other SSD!

That's all I do to pm981(when I buy this expensive laptop I don't have any money to buy a new SSD lol)and it's really work.If you don't want to change SSD but still want a hackintosh, you can have a try.

And I don't know what happen to my trackpad,it's really strange. Can anyone help me?

Hey @suyukai I am wondering if you can give an update if the system is still operating fine with a PM981? (no kernel panics, sudden reboots etc).

ok guys, after reading multiple times the last 20 pages...

touchpad working, including window dragging with cursor lock! However palm detection is really bad to make it really unusable and cursor jumps around a lot.

I have a 2018 razor, i8750, gtx1070. I reinstalled high sierra (2208) from scratch, added clover rc scripts, newest version kext, virtualsmc instead of fakesmc, and SMCBatteryManager instead of ACPI. Newest voodoo2 kext.

With no patches, mac recognized the trackpad and gave me all the options for gestures in the settings. However, window dragging and click locking was not working.

So then I patched the file with these instructions for the new voodoo kext:

now window dragging and click lock are working on the touchpad (as well as other gestures), but in the settings mac does not see it (asks if I want to install a bluetooth one) and palm detection is really bad to the point that is really unusable because the cursor jumps all over the place when typing.

This is the content of the log:

Code:
log show --predicate 'process == "kernel"' --last 10m | grep Voodoo

You probably didn't follow the 'SSCN' instructions in this thread correctly.
Anyway, it's surrounded by If (USTP). Either remove the condition surrounding this closure or just change the condition to If (One).

@stonevil this is not yielding results on a mid 2019. specifically none of the bios mods are showing up as usable in bios. you are welcome to contact me directly. bios version is different that yours but everything is relatively the same.

Just like I mentioned in documentation they should be compatible :). If you provide latest update clean dump of BIOS I tweak BIOS and add ready to use BIOS patch to repo.

Screenshots are a must. At least a few.

I can give you the differences for a mid 2019 model to add as well once I’m done with following it

Ok. Screenshots added. More on the way. Strange. AMI BIOS tools added to repo and located in Tools/AMI/ folder
