As per rules, please update your hardware profile to allow others to help you easierat the end of the executable file iasl rwx-r is this @ this causes MaciASL not to load this.
-rwxr-xr-x@ 1 xxxx staff 1150928 Apr 18 15:25 iasl
being newbie to terminal cmds how to get rid of the @?
thank you kindly
thanksapology
still no idea what you meanjohns:>ls -al
output: rwxr-xr-x@ 1 xxxx staff 1150928 Apr 18 15:25 iasl
The @ mark at the end^
after copying the iasl from /usr/bin/
stating the directory the file when looking at it has this @ keeps it from being recognized in MaciASL to update the new version to be used.
thanks
