I have space left, anyway I tried both saving on a different drive and giving chmod 777 to the folder I am saving to, without success.

The files you attach here seem to have nothing to do with the stated problem.
What is the issue?

I have opened custom/DSDT.dsl with MacIASL 1.31 RM, hit File-Save As, switched file format to ACPI, hit save (saving in workspace/custom/). Even after applying

chmod 777 workspace/custom/
it says the same and I am sure there is space left on the drive.

Something must be wrong with your setup.
I have no issue saving the custom/DSDT.dsl (you attached earlier) as AML.

Maybe you should show the 'Log' window (Window->Log) for further information...

the problem is still the same as it's said there

When i tried to patch DSDT.dsl (by fixing error, adding other missing features like battery status, brightness, audio etc) and boot with that file (DSDT.aml) i got kernel panic..

What's not working?
- battery status
- sleep/wake
- brightness
- HDMI audio/video
- trakpad
What's working?
- bluetooth
- Intel GPU HD5500 with 1536Mb
- no glich (no screen garbage)

As you can see, there are no errors and saving to AML was successful.

When i tried to patch DSDT.dsl (by fixing error, adding other missing features like battery status, brightness, audio etc) and boot with that file (DSDT.aml) i got kernel panic..

What's not working?
- battery status
- sleep/wake
- brightness
- HDMI audio/video
- trakpad
What's working?
- bluetooth
- Intel GPU HD5500 with 1536Mb
- no glich (no screen garbage)

You provided no photo of a KP, and in fact the files you provided imply successful boot.
Problem reporting data must represent the problem scenario.
