Installed IntelBacklight.kext and rebooted. It stucks at apple logo! takes forever and never reaches to log in.
If you failed to rename IGPU to GFX0, it will take a while (could be 2 mins or more)
Or if you forgot to patch "Brightness Fix" (or config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/AddPNLF), it will also take a while.
And if you didn't implement graphics QE/CI correctly, it will also take a while.
And if you don't have an Intel IGPU, it will also take a while.
Your profile indicates Nvidia GT 525M only... no Intel IGPU... so why did you install IntelBacklight.kext that is only for 10.11.x and is only for systems with Intel IGPUs? (technically can be used on 10.12 prior to 10.12.4)
Is your profile accurate?

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.
