The EFI was originally set for RX6600. You need to change the PCI device and boot-arg details to the following for RX580 to work (remove any agdpmod settings and add npci=0x2000):

I've created Hackintoshes in the past, but I was familiar with Clover and I'll be honest, OC was confusing me.

I think at this point I can follow the post instruction guides to finish up.
