[GUIDE] OC 10.13.6 Z490 Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme + Core i5 10400 / i9 11900K + Nvidia GTX 1060

Yeah I really want Nvidia audio, searching for a while but didn't find a good tutorial for VoodooHDA 2.9.1 + 1050Ti compilation, I know AppleALC.kext should be disabled, how about Lilu.kext and WhateverGreen.kext? and two FakePCIID kext? ACPI folder need to be modified for example to remove SSDT-HDMI-NVIDIA-PEG1.aml? please suggest a good link if you'd got one. thanks!

Nvidia WebDriver has been install I had tried several CUDA A.I. Project
Yeah Lilu & Whatevergreen is required you cannot without those. FakePCIID Intel-HDMI kext should be disabled too if you’re not using it. I’m not allowed to post the link but you can try google ‘1050Ti HDMI audio macOS’ for the info.

Wow I thought I didn't find useful tips so just tested by keeping Lilu and Whatevergreen and getting rid of FakePCIID as you said, this time the build is able to boot and Boom! there're sound outputs! one of the HDMI outputs make my monitor sound! I just wanna sing ~ Viva ! Middleman!

Fantastic! Glad that was sorted!

Hi Gianluca81,

Yes it should work for Mojave.
HI and thanks again for the immense work you do. I finally have the new hardware:
cpu/i7 11700k
mb/Z490 aorus master
vga/SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 290x.
I used your EFI (HighSierra) for mojave 10.14.6 and the installation was a success without any problems.
I have the problem with the lan (intel i225-v), although the peripheral is ok, I always have a disconnected cable.
I can ask for your help thanks.

Alright. You are lucky as I had already posted the answer in my original post:

'The Intel I-225V and Aquantia ethernet ports now both work in 11.4. I have disabled the Intel I-225V kexts and LAN patch by default. If you are using Big Sur 11.2 or older such as Catalina you will need to enable the two kexts - FakePCIID and FakePCIID_Intel_I225-V plus the Intel I-225V kernel patch. If you are using Big Sur 11.3, you will only need to enable the Intel kernel patch and disable the two kexts.'

The two required kexts you should already have (make them enabled). The kernel patch however can be found in the 11.4 EFI's config.plist file under Kernel > Patch > com.apple.driver.AppleIntelI210Ethernet like this (bottom line):

Enable that too and together it should work.

I have everything enabled, but it doesn't work. I remember i'm mojave 10.14.6 maybe i don't have compatibility. I have read that many have the same problem and few have been successful. Please do you have any other advice?
thanks for your time bro

Okay. Try to remove the RM,device-id line altogether in your device properties, that might be causing it to not be recognised by the system. If that doesn't work, try removing all the other lines and only leave the device-id F2150000.

I should also mention, I think that I-225V patch should be removed. Just use the two kexts and have the device-id F2150000. It should be recognised under Mojave.

I tried the latest suggestions, the card still doesn't work :(
