yea, I tried just now. I only notice that the battery discharge very fast even after I changed the battery... I wonder is my discharge rate normal?

Whats your normal usage under windows?

By the @saintno1997's advice I replaced standard Vivobook's module Wifi-BT module with DW1560.
In the Windows 10 x64 Wi-Fi and bluetooth works normally.
Wi-Fi works normally in Mojave 10.14.5, but Mojave can't find bluetooth module.
Can anybody help me to run bluetooth?

What kexts have you installed for your dw1560? Where did you install them to?

Hmmm. I'll check what I've got installed though I put all essential kexts in L/E per @rehabmanman . Unless you're troubleshooting something or installing off usb again, no need to do clover/kexts/other. My b/t works fine, btw and am on 10.14.5

I have problems with unrepairable permissions after KPCM utility run:

Thats occurs every time after KPCM utility finished.
May be it has relationship with BT problem?

@mksim: I doubt that. Running High Sierra I just navigated into my Mojave install via Finder and compared the two folders: in High Sierra the entire folder 'perf_sdb_udm' doesn't even exist. Also these are aliases not files. KPCM utility might not be fully compatible with Mojave. Even in my Mojave install BT is running fine. Very most likely you can simply ignore this message from KCPM.
