I do although I am selling the F510UAR on Ebay in favor of the UX410UA (aluminum case, faster processor, nicer display and better battery life but then it was more$ too). VoodooTSCSync.kext made the difference in being able to update bioses on both. Very cool!
Sounds all sweet.

Do you get kernel panic on wake from sleep on Vivo and/ or Zen?

sorry Kunturi, no idea.

@ALL: regarding the sporadic but frequent kernel panics through VoodooTSCSync on wake-up from sleep: I'm still not at home, so whoever wants to help debug please look at the following links first, in order as listed:
  1. what we might much rather need could be a new SSDT for the 308/ 309 BIOSes using Pike R Alpha's well-known generator: https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/t...sb-issues-10112/?tab=comments#comment-2219455

  2. alternative but seems not so sleek (and would need to be compiled because no release, either) https://github.com/interferenc/TSCAdjustReset

  3. https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/744-voodootscsync-configurator/

We'll get this going, I'm positively confident :)

I don't but I followed the guide on this site provided by hieplpvip. Here is the GitHub site. On it there is a version of the config.plist for a 510 series notebook which works great, Zenbook or Vivibook, or at least it did for me: https://github.com/hieplpvip/ASUS-ZENBOOK-HACKINTOSH

Cheers

Okay, thanks @Leesureone . I hope to get to it tonight finally.

VoodooTSCync: I wonder why baohiep/ hieplpvip who's also running his Zenbook on 309 BIOS never mentioned that kext when I asked him. My guess is because he created a 100% correct CPU SSDT. Remember, for our CPUs we should not need VoodooTSCync.kext, which by some is considered a work-around patch rather than the real issue-resolution.

"I'll be back" :)

I updated leesureone's zip with hopefully all necessary files + clear, simple instructions here at github where we have the main thread and discussion about this issue. I haven't had time yet to apply but want to supply it so any of you can venture ahead, too.

I made the package as convenient as possible so anyone interested can have fun testing :)

Install seems to work across various asus models. i got everything working on mine , which is listed in the comment above yours

Hey Xdevil, how did you get your keyboard and trackpad working please? I have battery audio full HD etc just need this last keyboard and trackpad resolved and I'm good to go pretty much TY! :)
