It's a known issue, no solution so far, at least not for ELAN users...

Audio: Read post #1, "Known Problems", "Audio".
WiFi: It seems you did not install compatible WiFi hardware. Read post #1.

okey, audio working, what wifi do I need?
I think my card is compatible

the Realtek is the ethernet not the wifi card

You are wrong. According to ioreg, there are two Realtek devices on the PCIe bus.

Ethernet: 10ec:8168 at _SB.PCI0.RP03.PXSX
WiFi: 10ec:b723 at _SB.PCI0.RP04.PXSX

Google shows 10ec:b723 to be Realtek WiFi (RTL8723BE). It is not supported by OS X/macOS.

You need to install compatible WiFi hardware as per post #1.

I followed the guide from the beginning again, and everything works perfectly: audio, HD4400, usb3.0 and ethernet lan, except the wifi, I've solved with the wifi-USB adapter.
I wanted to ask, but the dedicated graphics card geforce 820m 4gb ddr3 you can enable drivers?

ps: It is normal that when I write with xcode the program goes slightly lag?

I have 4gb of ram
