[Guide] Lenovo Z50-70/Z40-70/G50-70/G40-70 using Clover UEFI

Place this EFI folder in EFI partion on your hdd/ssd (if you are using Lenovo laptop)
This is from my Lenovo Z50-70

just follow the update from the AppStore. Make sure clover is up to date, and virtualisation is disabled in bios, and graphics is set to UMA
 
Hello, did someone already try to clean install the Catalina on this laptop? How did it go? Thanks.
 
I upgraded from Mojave to Catalina. Everything works on the Z50, but every 30-40 minutes it reboots on its own.

I am sorry to hear that. I will try to clean install it on my z50 when the unibeast tool will be out.
 
Idk why my previous post was deleted, but I successfully updated to Catalina.
No issues except for some minor changes that I had to do before installing the update.
