I've tried making an opencore EFI but many things doesn't work at all...

So, I updated Clover (yup perhaps not the best bootloader rn) and I got myself apple logo stuck with no progress bar. This is the verbose. I see there are some errors, do you think I will somehow be able to boot again?

I didn’t update to Big Sur yet (and maybe that’s the reason behind this error, that clover only supports big sur now)

What happened to clover anyway, it used to be number one choice always. I mean besides stopping to work after it has updated ony my machine of course

OC = OpenCore bootloader

Before directly upgrading to BigSure
I just tried to Move from Clover to OC.
I created Bootable EFI OC Pendrive from here and tried to boot existing Mac OS Catalina (10.15.7) but only apple logo appears and progress bar with 0% progress.
Here is My OC EFI directory and some logs with screenshot.

Can you please check what is wrong with my EFI directory?

Here you go!
OC-0.6.3 working EFI for Big Sur. This is a slight modified version of @Mikorist 's one.

• You have to fill PlatformInfo section by yourself
• UpdateSMBIOSMode is set to "Custom" and Kernel->Quirks->CustomSMBIOSGuid is set to true: this won't pass SSDTs to other OSes and you'll be able to boot Windows/Linux "natively" from OC. Breaks BootCamp
• OpenCanopy is enabled but you need to fill OC/Resources subfolders
• Should work with Catalina too

I am working on a new EFI with some custom SSDT, proper USB mapping, VoodooPS2 (Enables touchpad gestures for me) and AppleALC (microphone issues atm). I am facing sleep issues, so I won't share it yet.
