hello guys, Merry Christmas first of all!

I just have a question regarding which SSDT is the one responsible to disable the nvidia graphics card?. (from the ones provided by this guide)

SSDT-DGPU-Z50.aml with the _REG code in SSDT-Z50.aml.

So if I want to disable it while booting the USB installer I should put both right ?

For some reason I could never do it in the installer after 10.13, I always had to disable it from BIOS then re-enable it after the installation.

Haha I was not trying to disable it before using patched SSDTs because I didn't want to bother. Maybe I will try doing so later at night. thanks mate if I got it to work I will absolutely share.

I was reading the guide by rehabman so I found it easy to do. and it worked.

add the attached file to USB /Volumes/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched
and then use the plist DSDT patch below:

This doesn’t 'disable' the card, it only 'spoofs' it so it doesn’t match against Nvidia drivers.

Yea I know.
I mean why would you really care to disable it.
Spoofing the installer is okay since you don’t install the OS everyday.
Things don’t have to be so complicated if it works in my opinion.
