Download patchmatic: https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-maciasl-patchmatic/downloads/RehabMan-patchmatic-2015-0107.zip
Extract the 'patchmatic' binary from the ZIP. Copy it to /usr/bin, such that you have the binary at /usr/bin/patchmatic.

In terminal,
Code:
if [ -d ~/Downloads/RehabMan ]; then rm -R ~/Downloads/RehabMan; fi
mkdir ~/Downloads/RehabMan
cd ~/Downloads/RehabMan
patchmatic -extract

Note: It is easier if you use copy/paste instead of typing the commands manually.

Post contents of Downloads/RehabMan directory (as ZIP).

Also, post ioreg: http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/58368-guide-how-make-copy-ioreg.html. Please, use the IORegistryExplorer v2.1 attached to the post! DO NOT reply with an ioreg from any other version of IORegistryExplorer.app.

And output from:
Code:
kextstat|grep -y acpiplat
kextstat|grep -y appleintelcpu
kextstat|grep -y applelpc
kextstat|grep -y applehda

Also, post EFI/Clover folder (press F4 at main Clover screen before collecting). Please eliminate 'themes' directory, especially if you have an overabundance of themes installed.

Also post output of:
Code:
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

The repo hasn't been updated for the 10.12 yet, some patches need to be updated. The new guide will be posted after the official release of Sierra with the updated patches and scripts.

But it works well with the current set of files in the repo. I tested it! I didnt find any problem. :)

As far as I know, the Wi-Fi needs a new patch to work with Sierra + the repo is kept in sync with RehabMan's repos and will be updated together when Sierra officially releases, still to early to say it works well.

Can you please post full specs? Seems there are a lot of different z50-70's.

This is in the same price range as a Macbook Air, why not buying it instead and using Boot Camp. :)

Yes, waiting for final Sierra. However, Rasputine makes a good point. Is this the AMD processor version of the portable? And it seems it's now the z50-75.

AMD CPUs are not supported here. Please read the rules (you already agreed to them): http://www.tonymacx86.com/rules/

Note that both vineethp and the-braveknight profiles clearly identify an Intel CPU: Intel i7-4510u

Hey, I know about the AMD thing. I didn't think to check the specs on vineethp's profile. All my searches showed only AMD versions of the portable. As per the rules, I was NOT asking for AMD CPU help. I will be MUCH more careful in the future. Thanks.

However, Rasputine makes a good point.

From what I've read and when comparing an osx86 laptop versus a desktop, seems like the price gain is much smaller, while the headaches are much bigger...
