Similar to vineethp, I have crappy battery life, and I am not doing anything processor-or-Index-intensive on the laptop. Error reporting files are attached.

I stopped using Hackintosh long back. Now I am enjoying Windows 10. Waiting for the Windows 10 creator's update! The battery life in Windows 10 is much better than MacOS. The laptop has inbuilt Nvidia GT 840M 4GB graphics which will go waste in case you install Hackintosh. It is never used!

The laptop has Samsung SSD Pro 256 GB which boots Windows 10 faster than MacOS!

If you want the ultimate hackintosh experience buy a mac or mac mini (cheapest way to get start working on Mac).

Just my few cents :D

As followed your guide, Installation was successful. But when I try to boot from HDD it creates problem. I properly followed post Installation step as well as also patched EDID which is guided for 10.12.
Booting from HDD, after 40-50% of loading OS suddenly display goes off and no matter how much time I wait or how many keystroke or mouse movement I made.
Please help me to solve issue...

The EFI/Clover you attached seems to be what we would expect if you followed the guide.
But the ioreg you attached was not collected after booting from it (it looks like it was booted from USB).
Did you press your brightness up key?

Yes, I tried to boot from USB for taking files which you asked for. from HDD I can't boot OS.
Yes, I also tried with brightness up key but nothing happens.
I also made videos of boot process but they are size of 355MB so unable to post here.

From where did you download macOS?
On what hardware did you create your USB installer?

OS X downloaded from AppStore,
USB was created from same hardware (previously using 10.11.3).
I'm using dual boot with Windows 10 from different partition of same HDD. Does that create any problem? Cause El Capitan was running smooth even I was using Dual boot
