[Guide] Lenovo Y50/Y70 (UHD or 1080p) using Clover UEFI

I applied all steps, except iokit patch. I used Erurheran clover from post #1551 and have same problem. This way it's best solutiton that i found. The patch breaked system and i get infinite load screen

Hi there,
So i have this lenovo laptop with UHD
Lenovo Y50-70 UHD
Intel Core i7-4720HQ
Intel HD 4600 + Nvidia GTX 960M
I have a problem with the laptop screen it doesn't work on hackintosh
I display the screen on outer monitor via HDMI
It's an UHD @48Hz
What to do?
