[Guide] Lenovo Y50 (UHD or 1080p) using Clover UEFI (10.11)

Status
Not open for further replies.
it's large because i downloaded a lot of themes

Which is why you should read post #1, "Problem Reporting" more carefully.

but it's the same as in the post 1

There is no EFI/Clover provided by post #1.

--

Please reply with all files, exactly as requested, in post #1, "Problem Reporting".

Let me help you read...

...
Also, press F4 at the main Clover screen, then compress and post the EFI/CLOVER folder in use. And please, in order to reduce the size, omit EFI/Clover/themes... especially if you have an overabundance of themes installed.

Also, (second request), boot verbose, show photo.

Note: Your Clover bootlog (extracted from ioreg), shows SSDT-HACK.aml not present in ACPI/patched. Be certain you followed the guide exactly as written.

As I said that this ioreg was token with the original configuration.plist of installation as I can't boot if I replaced it with the final one

Also I will remove the themes and upload it again

Also here is screen shots of verbose mode with the final configuration.plist

I still see no EFI/Clover folder as requested in post #1, "Problem Reporting".

Thanks in anticipation.

hope this is the right one

EFI not requested. Please post EFI/Clover only. Please remove 'themes'. It should be approx 4GB.

Please read carefully... you're making this more difficult than necessary.

Make sure Clover is up-to-date and all kexts are up-to-date.

Use Clover installer from sourceforge.
Use download.sh and install_downloads.sh.

Also may depend on BIOS version, although I don't see any problem as far as the ACPI setup here.

Not sure why you changed config.plist/SMBIOS/Trust=true to Trust=false.

Don't forget to boot without caches and rebuild cache as described in post #1, "Known Problems" "Audio".

Also, give it plenty of time to boot. In the case of a misconfigured system, it can take well over a minute.

For further debugging, try connecting an external monitor or connecting via remote desktop. That way you can provide ioreg/etc.

Is this a fresh install?

Bluetooth error seems to be be back (not available after long sleep. This time it happened after 4 hours)
Works perfectly fine on cold boots or reboots. No EFI change since the last efi you checked and found no errors

Works perfectly fine on cold boots or reboots. No EFI change since the last efi you checked and found no errors

Check that hibernation is still disabled.

You might also try disabling the DSNresponder daemon (option in Clover installer), as that will disable the darkwake on each hour.
