cool, is this a thing just for the x250 and t450? what about newer models?

I think that T450 also dont have whitelist. Check on google, there is a ****** topic about this.

doesn't this laptop have a wlan whitelist?

Apparently T450 and X250 along with other laptops of this generation do not have a White-list anymore.
here the ****** thread about this topic > https://www.******.com/r/thinkpad/comments/31rnsv/t450_and_x250_no_longer_have_whitelists/

I'm trying to install Snow Leopard via USB CD on my Lenovo x250 because I don't have access to a Mac computer to create a USB drive. So I'm using iBoot Broadwell. But after iBoot loads up and I try to install Snow Leopard it always crashes and says the computer needs to restart before I even get to the installation page. I'm wondering if it could be a problem with the BIOS? I'm not sure if there is a way for me to install those patches using this method. Has anyone else had to install mac os this way?

Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to install on a Lenovo X250. I used the Unibeast/Multibeast method, it all seems pretty ok but when I try to boot from the installed hard disk i get the attached kernel panic and system reboots.

It's the first time I try to do hackintosh; I've read something here and there, but I'm not sure if I got all the correct infos to proceed...
Thanks in advance,

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html
The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"

Thanks a lot, I will read everything and try again!

So I've followed the tutorial to create the USB, installed sierra, clover and all the added kexts. But when I boot my x250 and run clover, clover opens up but it doesn't see the macOS drive. I've tried several times of totally formatting the USB and making sure I wasn't missing anything and I'm still getting the same result. Clover doesn't show booting macOS as an option, it only sees Windows.

I'm using a PNY 64GB USB.

What can I do?

Thank you

It sounds like you forgot HFSPlus.efi in drivers64UEFI.
Read the guide carefully.
And if you have an issue...

Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting"

Wow I didn't even see that in the Tony's USB creation guide. Thank you! Could you show me where that is in the guide?

The guide is linked in post #125.
