Ohh sorry my answer was not clear enough. I first worked with a AppleHDA file i found on my working 10.10.5 Installation. With this file I had no working microphone. With your hint, that my DummyHDA file is wrong I used the AppleHDA file, attached to Post one in this Thread. With this file, as base, I have working sound and microphone in my DummyHDA file.

ok I update my U310 from 10.10.3 with chamelion to 10.11.2 clover ed everythink work
I used 10.10.x APPLEHDA.kext and audio work great

I have AppleRTL8169Ethernet.kext in S/L/E as well in

I try to remove it, repair permission and rebuild cache and I use RTL8100.kext in efi/clover/other/kext
but when I reboot, I can't see my lan card in system information

Now I came back to AppleRTL8169Ethernet.kext but I didn't understand that the RTL8100.kext don't work in EL CAPITAN or i'm wrong something.

Ok,I use the Meize kext http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/top...hernet-series
This is for my RTL8105E. I install it in S/L/E and now work well.

Anyone give Sierra a go? Got pretty much everything going on my U310 except for audio, tried re-doing the DummyHDA method but it did not work, any insight please share!!

If you're patching native codec 0x11d4198b, you may have to zero 0x11d4198a.
