HI @Sniki
I've got something to share: my wifi ( Intel 7260) worked flawlessly in Bigsur but not in Windows 10 recently and it frustrated me alot. I solved it by using a dongle but this is, as we all know, an ugly solution. I fixed that by changing
these keys in config.plist:
  • Kernel> Quirks> CustomSMBIOSGuid> True (default is False)
  • PlatformInfo> UpdateSMBIOSMode> Custom (default is Create).
Now I am a happy hackintosher again :)

Create a bootable flash drive.
Download EFI with OpenCore from github.
Write it to the EFI partition on the stick.
And try to boot using OC.
Don't forget to set the correct SMBIOS for Big Sur in your config.
If Mojave will boot normally, you can transfer the OC to the internal drive and try to upgrade to Big Sur.
You may need to upgrade to Catalina first.
In any case, you need to test the OC from the flash drive first.
In order not to disturb Clover and Mojave.

Thanks, I'll try.
Which changes to SMBIOS?

Like a S/N, UUID etc.

My config with Clover and Mojave had SMBIOS with MacBook air mid 2013, (my CPU is i7 4600u). On Big sur EFI folder, SMBIOS is set to MacBook pro, 11.1.
I just tried with my previous SMBIOS infos but I can't even boot on flash drive with OC.

What error? What was done?

I created bootable USB drive, with EFI folder from github. Made some changes for my hardware (wifi card, screen) but kept SMBIOS from my current Clover install.
When I select my USB drive in boot menu, I can't boot it, it shows boot menu again.
I cleared NVRAM before doing this.

Hmm... How you create usb? Which method?
Do you have the same model of laptop?
