You should be using config_install.plist with WhateverGreen.kext in EFI/Clover/kexts/Other.

I changed clover folder, so the problem not resolved
I edited config_install.plist and after rename to config.plist

This guide is deprecated. Follow the new Mojave guide linked in post #1 that has the new repo files (config_install.plist, etc).
