Just one strange thing I can't figure out. When I set the boot mode to UEFI, all OSs boot just fine except for win 7 which gives me the error in the attached image. But when I set it to Legacy Support with priority to UEFI , win 7 along with all other OSs work just fine.

Not strange at all.
Win7 UEFI requires CSM.

I remembered that last time I plugged HDMI on and my TV had both HDMI and HDMI audio.
Yes! I tried again and HDMI audio worked fine (Just had to select the output manually - I didn't pay attention to the sound output! my fault!).
But now there's a new problem :'(
The first time I tried, everything was OK but tonight I tested again and the built-in display goes black as soon as I connect the HDMI cable :(
I rebuilt kernel cache, removed NVRAM.plist, reset to default EFI BIOS... but the problem didn't solve. I didn't change anything in /S/L/E or clover config and this problem happened suddenly and uncaused :(
And whenever the built-in display goes black there is no choice but rebooting the system.
I also tried rebooting several times and connecting the HDMI cable again but it didn't help.

I also has the problem, I have no clue to find any fix now.
@RehabMan May you have any idea about the strange problem.
I guess that it may be related with the connector patch seem to be not fully working.

I tested all three mbp 13,*, all of them have not fully working HDMI output.

Disable this patch in your config.plist: "eDP, port 0000, 0x191e0000, 0x19160000, 0x19260000, 0x19270000, 0x191b0000, 0x19160002, 0x19260002, 0x191e0003, 0x19260004, 0x19270004, 0x193b0005 credit syscl"

Still not work, after patch AGDP, sometime dual screens work but sometime did not.
And another problem is even only external screen working, if close lid, HDMI audio also being stopped.

I followed this guide, got zero errors in my disassembled DSDT. Went to patch it according to the guide and now only have one syntax error. Attached is a screenshot and my SSDT and DSDT files. Any help on how to fix this error would be great. I tried to delete the item and it resulted in more errors
