[Guide] Lenovo G400s (not touch) Mojave 10.14.3 using Clover UEFI

PRE-INSTALLATION:

1. Follow Rehabman guide to boot OS X Installer with Clover: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/
2. In essential kexts, you only needs FakeSMC.kext and VoodooPS2Controller.kext to boot;
3. Replace the Clover default config.plist selecting one in Rehabman's list. In my case, my resolution is HD4000 1366x768: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config

BIOS-SETTINGS:

• Follow Rehabman guide in pre-installation.

INSTALLATION:

• Follow Rehabman guide in pre-installation.
• During installation you need replace the ig-platform-id to a Fake ID like 0x12345678 to avoid glitches (all restart during installation is required until full installation is complete). DON'T FORGET ANYTIME BECAUSE IT WILL NEED REINSTALL THE SYSTEM.

POS-INSTALLATION:

• Use KextBeast to install all kexts below in the /Library/Extensions/ by Rehabman recommendations;
• Wi-Fi: For Atheros 9485 and others:
  Install all (Lilu.kext too) in the /L/E/
• Ethernet: Use the driver: https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/atherose2200ethernet.322/
• Audio: For Conexant 20757 use AppleALC. Just audio works fine and using FN keys. Microphone not working.
• Battery: Use the ACPI Battery Manager: https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-acpi-battery-driver/downloads/

NOT TESTED:

• Card Reader (I am not using);
• VGA.

Hey, bro! The links to some steps in this tutorial are broken, can you review them? still fighting here to try to make my g400s work !!! For now only bluetooth is operational! but at least I already know that it works cool on this model. let's go to the fight!

Only one link no longer works - the Atheros ethernet. Try the ALXEthernet.kext in our Downloads section.
