[Guide] Intel IGPU HDMI/DP audio (all Sandy Bridge -> Kaby Lake [and likely later])

When hot plug HMDI, after 3 seconds it restart and show KP message after boot success. When i plug it after shutdown, it can boot normally, but not has any signal to external monitor (i try press Option, "Detect displays" in Display sys pref). And it is direct HDMI->HDMI (LG TV) and HDMI-DVI (it is wire connector http://www.monoprice.com/product?c_id=104&cp_id=10419&cs_id=1041902&p_id=2080&seq=1&format=2, i try with my 24"" LCD monitor).

mean i patched it wrong? I apply both 0204(12) and 0105(12), even without those patch in clover, it KP too.

It crash like this since 10.9 and 10.10, every time i update to new OX version, i try HDMI too but no luck.
But may be that the fresh can help.

I try to only plug HMDI cable in without apply your method describe here.

Often times, you need the patches for HDMI audio in order to hotplug even for HDMI video only.

I reinstall 10.11.6 from Apple .app file (USB). And not install any app, isolate all driver/kext and limit patch not relate to Intel HD/HDMI in clover. It still the same. You can see in attach file include KP log. There is any way to debug it?
