It is installed by the OS X installer.

Where it have to be? I did't erase it, I repeat the installation and there's no AppleUSBXHCI.kext in S/L/E . I search on my mac and the same. No AppleUSBXHCI.kext In System Report this is what I have:
Host Controller Location: Built-in USB
Host Controller Driver: AppleUSBEHCI
PCI Device ID: 0x1c2d
PCI Revision ID: 0x0005
PCI Vendor ID: 0x8086
Bus Number: 0x1a

But I did't see AppleUSBEHCI.kext

The reason to install GenericUSBXHBCI.kext was that with it works my USB 3.0 connections and without it only USB2.0

I think I'm not understanding nothing! o_O

[EDITED] I finish terminal "git" work and I get USB3.0 working with AppleUSBXHCI . Perhaps I misunderstood if it's a .kext or another kind of file. I'm not very experienced on this...but well I send you Report files to check if the installation is good.

From memory...
It is a plugin of IOUSBFamily.kext.
Therefore, /S/L/E/IOUSBFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns

Yes, it helps when you follow the guide as written.
AppleUSBXHCI is enabled for Renasas on 10.10.x and earlier with patches in config.plist KextsToPatch.

For 10.11.x and later, such patches were never developed, hence the recommendation for FL1100 hardware as mentioned in post #1.
