Hi there,
I followed your guide, and when I try to boot, I get to the Apple screen with a progress bar at the bottom, but it doesnt fill, so when I try booting into verbose mode, I get a kernel panic.
Any ideas how I can fix it?

You need patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext.

Best to avoid MBR and use Clover UEFI.

But you can install to GPT and convert to MBR (Linux gdisk).

You probably need to add Clover to the UEFI entries in BIOS.

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Ater ten hours hackintoshing my laptop is dead. I bought it yesterday. It's new one, warranty etc. I think hdd stop working. Never mind, it was passionate ten hours. Big fun. You need to convert your disk to MBR (use Linux gdisk).

Why So? CLOVER try to install the amount the EFI partition reboot to no avail ... still does not appear in the BIOS.

I would have to mount the EFI partition CLOVER to appear , and then format it to MBR ?
or you refer to the entire hard drive ?
you could shed some light on the matter ? I'm looking at forums and post installation CLOVER and I can not .
