That card requires Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave. Don't think it would work with Yosemite or El Capitan.

Here's the model of GT 210 card that I used for testing the HP 8000 SFF with Yosemite. I installed for legacy booting with the Chimera bootloader. Very easy to get a working system this way. No need to use Enoch and all those other steps in the Violet Dragon guide.
