[Guide] Install 10.11 on HP EliteBook/ProBook/others with Clover UEFI

Sorry to ask a version for dummy but can anybody explain me the tutorial to update from Yosemite to ElCapitan : 2. Run latest PBI CE and update Clover, kexts, DSDT, config.
What is the PBI CE ?

PBI-CE is "Probook Installer, Clover Edition"

How to update Clover, kexts,DSDT,Config ?

Use the latest PBI-CE.

So I already have Yosemite installed on my hp probook 4540s, and I started following the guide to update. I pressed f4 on the clover screen and ran the pro book installer, selected everything for my computer model and then restarted. When I restarted it took a long amount of time and the loading bar filled half way. Then the screen went blank. Then I booted in both verbose mode and safe mode but to no avail. This is what shows up when I boot in verbose mode:

How do I post Efi folder if My computer does not on?

update:

when end my screen goes blank after it loads for a long time, I can still hear the Mac sounds when I turn the volume up. I tried turning the brightness up but the screen was still not lit.

Boot using USB. Mount EFI from HDD. Compress as ZIP, attach to reply.

Make sure you press F9 (BIOS POST) to get to the USB Clover. Make sure the USB is created per-guide.

Boot verbose, show photo.

Do fresh install, following the guide carefully, if necessary.

Also will I be able to recover my files if I do a fresh install. Also, if I do a fresh install, will my windows dual boot be deleted?

A fresh install would wipe out all your files. You should have a backup...

You could also do an install without erasing (might fix whatever you have wrong), or you could do a fresh install to another partition just to compare with your current setup.

No. You can leave your Windows partition in place, erase only OS X.

I updated and attached verbose picture, and by recovering my files, I want to know whether I can recover my files before a fresh install.
