I did many times. However, I did it again. Now KextWizard does not cause the mentioned issue anymore and sound is up and running.

The flag is deprecated and has no effect with 10.11. I just tested without it, and the message still shows. I think Apple just didn't update the text.

I still have 10.10 so I keep the flag too. Does no harm to have flags that do nothing.

BTW, I may call on you in the near future to test something... I managed to run my u430 with all native A CPI using ACPI hotpatches with config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Patches, Abitrary injection, and other techniques. I may try the same on the ProBook. I'll let you know how it goes.

This is why I changed my guide to use Terminal commands. You can still do it with diskutil.

I've tried kext wizard and it doesn't seem to be compatible with El C (Disk Utility neither)
Any suggestions?

Repair permissions is gone from 10.11. Make sure the permissions aren't wrong in the first place.

Easy enough to do if you install the kexts properly in the first place (eg. use a kext installer).

You must disable SIP in order to install unsigned/patched kexts.

It's a compatible wifi only card, don't remember the model. All I was asking is if there is a way to make usb based BT adapters to work, I'm not ignoring you're advice per se

No experience with USB BT adapters. Using a compatible combo WiFi/BT card via PCIe is the best way.

Not interested in investigating ways that are not "best practice"...
