Hi, checked in Windows with AIDA64 just to be sure.

It is Broadcom 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter (BCM20702A0), USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E1&REV_0112.

Any idea why this happens? Disabling it in BIOS doesn't work, apparently removing bluetooth kexts from installer works, but it would be better to not do such an ugly hack.
Try making sure firmware is loaded for your device when booting OS X...

Two ways:
- restart into OS X from Windows (eg. don't cold boot, but rather warm boot from Windows)
- use BrcmPatchRAM2.kext + BrcmFirmwareData.kext (EFI/Clover/kexts)

Hi RehabMan i tried to update my Probook earlier to 10.11.3 and i kept having this message. OS X El Capitan Update could not be verified. Would you have any ideas?.
I see a lot of references to the date on the machine not being set correctly (for whatever reason).
Might check and see. Hope this helps.

Probably a bad download.

I updated all hacks today (BRIX, DH67GD desktop, u430, 4530s, 4540s) without issue. I used the combo update as I didn't want to download from the App Store on each of the five computers.

Still have to update my Apple MacBookAir6,2.

I think I'm gunna use Combo update from now on. And yeah I'm wondering if there was a problem with the update from the App Store as it was only showing up as 667MB the Combo update was over a gig.

You may not have patched ACPI correctly... Double check your steps...
Thankyou, I will look into it.

Another Question.
While dual booting win 10 and osx 10.11, will it create any problems if I activate preboot security (fingerprint) and set Bios password?

I did that a few days back and experienced unexpected occasional reboots. I am not sure the cause of these reboots.

Reboots can be caused by (Wake on Lan). As it states in the guide!

Never used it. Preboot security and BIOS passwords seem silly when a motivated data thief can simply remove the HDD by removing only a few screws.

I still need to get used to the UEFI "thing". And what consequences it has when moving from Legacy to UEFI. At the moment I have 10.11 on the first disk and Win 10 on the second disk in the upgrade bay. When I booted the laptop yesterday it showed the clover screen with mac os and windows 10 symbol. After choosing Windows 10 it booted. But now on reboot it boots Win 10 by default And not to clover anymore.

Has someone got a tip to avoid this?
