Try making sure firmware is loaded for your device when booting OS X...

Hi, checked in Windows with AIDA64 just to be sure.
It is Broadcom 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter (BCM20702A0), USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E1&REV_0112.
Any idea why this happens? Disabling it in BIOS doesn't work, apparently removing bluetooth kexts from installer works, but it would be better to not do such an ugly hack.
- restart into OS X from Windows (eg. don't cold boot, but rather warm boot from Windows)
- use BrcmPatchRAM2.kext + BrcmFirmwareData.kext (EFI/Clover/kexts)
