[Guide] HP ProBook/EliteBook/Zbook using Clover UEFI hotpatch

Thank you RehabMan, just fixed my HP Probook 450 g2 with your guide and files.

Little off topic - just tested USB Wifi dongle NETIS WF-2120 since internal card is not supported, seems to be working fine. Price is only around 5 EURos, it works with Mojave using 10.10 drivers from manufacturer.

I follow this guide on my hp elite book 840G4 in 10.13.6
everything is all right except audio combo jack on cx8200 used your applealc ver 1.3.3d2
the problem is when I plug in headset(with mic in or not),nothing changed in sound output internal speakers

then I use another applealc ver 1.2.5 instead. after reboot, the internal speakers no sound but headset worked (when I plug in headset into combo jack,it can auto change from internal speakers to headset).

above all , can you help me to make some changes in applealc ver 1.3.3d2 to solved my problem?

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.
 
Hello there, I upgraded to Mojave on my Elitebook 1040 G1 (previously El Capitan) and now I have two odd issues. I do not have battery status and the laptop spontaneously reboots after I remove the A/C power. I did a clean install on an APFS file system using the guide; It is possible that I missed something in the guide. Please see attached problem files as requested on your problem reporting section. Thanks for all your effort in supporting us in our hackintosh efforts.

Hello RehabMan! I ran ./ssdtPRGen.sh on my HP Elitebook 2560p core-i5 2560m and an error says board id is not supported by Sandy Bridge and if I still continue with the process, can I still use the generated ssdt file without problem?

My HP Elitebook 2560p DP is working on Mojave.

Make sure your BIOS is up-to-date (check for new BIOS on HP.com, install if you do not have latest).
Also, install latest RehabMan Clover build (as recommended in the guide).

If not working, comment this line in SSDT-1040G1.h, like so:

(your device has no EH02, but we never had any USB customization data for your model)

Then build.sh/install_acpi.sh.
That should help,... then go through the procedures and submit data as per post #1 "USB customization".

Then if still not working, attach full PR files using gen_debug.sh as requested in post #1/FAQ.
