[Guide] HP ProBook/EliteBook/Zbook using Clover UEFI hotpatch

Does this method work for Catalina?
Who has tried it?
 
i have hp elitebook 1040 g2, this model's CPU is i7 5600u broadwell, and i tried all the broadwell alternative model's ACPI patches and config.plists as recommended, but it doesn't even boot without HD_4000_1600x900's config and no hardware success, what can be wrong with that, im totally stuck with a clean macos mojave, please can someone lead me what to do?..

Sorry, but in this top no one is already answering. Apparently, nobody is interested anymore. I have asked several times - silence in response.
 
Heads up to anyone on a EliteBook 8x0 G4. BIOS P78 ver 1.29 is needed for a working Clover install. Any BIOS update newer than that and macOS won't boot. Also watch out for the latest Clover update 5123 as it breaks boot as well with a "Config not found" error.

I can no longer boot catalina o 840 G5 latest BIOS as well.. Catalina on opencore.
 
created mojave installer by rehabman guide(i use this metode many times with success.by for now,after installation when in last level it stuck at grey screen.instalation from usb completed,and it most be boot. From hdd to complet last level but...

you will need to use a later/newer version of clover
 
I have to install Yosemite from my old USB yoermite install whit probe installer.
now I tried to transite from PBI to Hotpatch but have problem whit downloading. i tried with and without VPN but no lucky

My os before problem was Mojave that i upgrade it to catalina whiteout any issue.but some days ago i update clover to last version and my os had gone.i did every thing but no lucky and had to install yosemite.
last version of c;over have problem
