Typically, you install Clover and configure it exactly like you did for USB.
This gets you Clover, proper/required drivers in drivers64UEFI, and a basic config.plist.
Then after verifying you can boot from the HDD/SSD, you go through the post-install specific to the Probook.
Obviously, if you know what you're doing, you can skip some steps and go directly to Probook specific post-install.

Now it boots into hdd clover - I have 3 logos macOS, recovery, install macOS - but if I continue with from macOS it gets onto screen with apple logo and progress bar and stays there
I have to manually boot from usb clover to get to the desktop again
Does it matter usb clover and hdd clover are different versions?
