Haven't tempered with it in anyway.

Done several times, doesn't fix the problem.

Try fresh install.

Thats shame... Continuity, handoff, hotspot... Those are primary functions or reasons of bluetooth in Apple ecosystem I've wasted 30 bucks on this card... So Broadcom 43225HMB/4352HMB should be better choice ?

I read one report that removing AirPortBrcmNIC.kext from IO80211Family.kext improved the situation.
So that is something you could try.

Removed it and rebuild caches now handoff setting in system perferences -> general is missing can't turn on

Tried 2 times with fresh install. Did you find any problems in my troubleshooting files?

EDIT: There is bluetooth option in system preferences, but bluetooth status is now off, and clicking on "TURN ON" button does nothing.

Remove AirPortBrcmNIC-MFG.kext from /S/L/E.

Removed and rebuild cache, wifi is now "no hardware installed" but bluetooth seems to work, no option for handoff in general..

You will need to restore one of those kexts (as that is where 43a0 support comes from).
