You can see from the ioreg that the internal display is not detected.
What happens when:
- Apple->Sleep
- let it enter sleep
- close lid
- open lid

when in sleep and close -> open lid , continues in sleep , no wake until press key or power buton

What is the specific problem with USB?
no detect devices , no usb mouse, no usb flash , or no bluetooth(Wifi+BT m2 card) or no webcam etc
none of port works (my laptop only have usb3)

OK, but maybe your laptop doesn't enable wake on lid open (most ProBook/EliteBook do not).
You should check in Windows so you know what the expected behavior is.

Check BIOS settings.
You should have XHCI mode set to auto or smart auto.
(xHCI mode "enabled" would require a different setup).

oh thanks, so the real problem is not wake, is sleep by LID close

Are you up and running with the latest Clover?

I see 4184 at the lower right side of the clover boot screen.

Sorry for the late reply.

Great,... that means no issue with latest Clover.

Test sleep by lid close by using a magnet to close the lid switch.
i test that, no sleep , power led always on, (no blink) , when i try to wake , no image in screen... :(

Sounds like a crash on sleep. Probably ACPI related...
