I'm running on Big sur

Ok thank you, how can i really upgrade my Mojave to the BigSur without fresh installing? Is that possible? Are there any tutorial for that?

I only know it with a new installation via USB.

I'm working on an installation USB.

I haven't updated BIgSur from Mojave.

Currently I don't have this machine.
There is no EFI either.

As an advice
I recommend update to Catalina.

Moreover,
1. Get DSDT with clover. The current EFi ACPI patch is required.
2. Create BOOT USB with opencore 0.6.3.
3. If Catalina can be started from USB, discard the EFI of USB and insert the EFI of Catalina.
4. Update from Catalina to Big sur. Reboot a few times, but wait.
