[Guide] HP Elite 8300 & 6300 Pro (all form factors) using Clover UEFI hotpatch

Does anyone experience random flickering or brightness changes? Also has there been any updates to improve the Big Sur builds?
 
Anyone tried upgrading these desktops to Monterey Public Beta?

I installed it from USB to HP8300SFF which was using Catalina with OpenCore 0.7.1 according to the following guide.

It took a long time from the display of "copying to disk 100%" to "Install media now ..".
I'm using FackeSMC, but it's installed and running without any problems.

Install/update Enjoy the game.
 
which fakeSMC did you use?
 
oh, you are running clover bootloader and not opencore 0.7.1 or the fakesmc can be used with opencore?
 
so I updated to monterey from opencore 0.7.1 big sur 11.4 directly meaning enroll in beta program and just update through regular system update. no USB installer needed. everything seem to working just fine.
 
Anybody have problem with Sound on Monterey ? Mine have the problem just show HDMI, not Speaker or Line-Out green ! i dont know why
