Good idea, that way you don't have to clone your existing drive first. When picking a Clover version don't use the very newest one that has OpenCore elements added to it. Stop at something like 5123 or older than that. The latest release will not work with Sniki's guide. As you'll see in Sniki's guide, kexts no longer get installed to /L/E anymore when installing Catalina or a newer macOS version. It doesn't work well with security changes made by Apple.

Can I still use this '100 Percent Working and Easily Affordable CustoMac' guide but instead just use a Catalina installer instead of a Mojave one, and the same EFI folder. Or is Sniki's guide the way to go with Catalina?
