The easiest way of course is to connect via ethernet first before wifi so that MAS access will work.
The wired ethernet must show up as en0 and builtin for MAS access to work.
Here's one example of how it should look in DPCImgr. Your model will be Intel of course.
Have you installed the Intel ethernet kext properly? You could delete it from /Library/Extensions and the reinstall just that with Multibeast. Have the USB wifi unplugged, delete that entry from the Network prefs and connect to the internet. Unless the hardware is not working (Intel LAN chip) you should get ethernet to work for internet access.
