Does anyone know? WHICH directory should I be using for my KEXTs? EFI\EFI\CLOVER\OTHER or \LIBRARY\EXTENSIONS?

HOW do I see which Lilu I have loaded? I have different versions in EFI\EFI\CLOVER\OTHER and \LIBRARY\EXTENSIONS... :(
your choice really

you can keep them all in clover/kexts/other

or install them all to /L/E (and keep essential kexts in clover/kexts/other) and set InjectKexts -> Detect in config.plist

some more info here:

Hello everyone, I would like to install catalita on brix 4770R? could you advise me which guide and which kext are needed?

This one - all is the same.

Thank you very much for your work on the Brix! I now have my 4200 as a perfect Hackintosh.
Thanks!
Nicolas
Hi could you help please I have the same brix unit what guide did you use thankyou

Thank you. Successfuly installed on my Gigabyte Brix GB-BXi3-4010. Core i3 1.7 GHz

Has anyone been able to successfully update to Big Sur?

I did a clean install without much issues. I am using DW 1550 wifi/bluetooth module. One kext had to be disabled to get it working under Bir Sur - AirPortBrcm4360_Injector.kext. SMBIOS was changed from iMac 14,1 to iMac14,4 for Big Sur.

I'm having resolution issues with LG 27UL850 4K monitor that I just bought. It outputs only 2560x1440 from mini-DP and HDMI. Not sure how to fix that...
Any help is appreciated...
Congrats on getting it up and running! Thanks for sharing the tips also. I'm running on a 4K monitor over HDMI also. I have some IntelGFX and ig-platform-id values that I can try, but I haven't gotten mine updated to Big Sur yet.

Would you mind sharing your EFI folder? After I update to Big Sur, I can test out the values and if they work, I'd be happy to share them

Thanks. I'll try it out and see if I can get it working on a 4K display, and let you know

I'm trying out some settings and thought to share what someone else posted on another site that worked for them. Here's a paste from their post. My original link to the post got removed by the mods

My complete DeviceProperties section for reference.
Note that I'm running a Dell Optiplex 7020 small form factor with a desktop i5 4590 processor, your settings may be different:

If you're having a QHD/4K or UHD Laptop, you need to set the DVMT to 64 MB or even more such as 96 or 128MB. Maybe you can try 96 or 128MB?
