Hello myvivre, unfortunately I'm not experienced enough to figure out how to hot plug thunderbolt, but if you really need to use thunderbolt device, you can plug them in before you turn on the laptop and they should show up like they normally do. As for "EFI_1", have you changed your bios setting beforehand? This requires you to set discreet GPU as the main display in the bios display setting. Let me know if this is any help. Have a nice day.Thanks for your guide again. I followed your guide, flashed the VBios, Install High Sierra 10.13.6, but the Thunderbolt &USB3.0 didn't work. I fixed the USB3.0 with Hackintool 2.8 but have no idea with the Thunderbolt.
I also tried your "EFI_1", unfortunately, the internal screen is black&HDMI has no signal.
