[Guide] Enabling ATI Radeon HD 5450

What hardware are you using? Are you using VGA? Mind you i use a DSDT to (Inject ATY).

I normally use DVI, but with VGA I have the same problem. No, I did not use DSDT. Should I?
Mainboard: Gigabyte H55-UD3H

VGA doesn't work. I've only tested DVI and HDMI you might be better with a DSDT with ATY edit.
 
It's very frustrating. I spent a lot of hours, reading threads in forums and reading tutorials, doing exactly what was written and testing all the methods and when it's not working people say do it on another way.

- And how can I do that? Is there an guide?
- Do I need a file from the Database for my motherboard ? http://www.tonymacx86.com/dsdt-database
- Ist there a DSDT-patch for Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5450 ? Where can I get the parameters from?
- Do I have to do post-installation with clover like before except for the part of the ati-injection (fake id)?

There is a DSDT for your motherboard in the DSDT Database for F10 DSDT goes in EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched. http://www.tonymacx86.com/dsdt-database/

Can I use multibeast instead of clover?

I don't use Clover Configurator i use PlistEdit Pro. Clover Configurator is for editing Config.plist but i prefer to do it manually with PlistEdit Pro. Make sure that you remove FakeID from Config.plist never a good idea to (inject) FakeID twice.
