excuse me what issues are with 10.12?

Black screen problem or no acceleration. Ive tried the Sapphire version in 10.12 and had no acceleration there are frame buffers issues in 10.12.

Note that Powermanagement in 10.10+ is completely broken which breaks sleep.

Perhaps I have found a solution for ATI 5450 with macOS Sierra; I have rebooted much times the system and the graphics full working; the macOS recognize the model of graphics fine, look my screenshot:

I want to be sure of my solution with my configuration system, if I see that it always work fine I post solution!
