Hi, have got the system up and running. Currently running from HDMI via integrated graphics.

When I try to boot up using a display port cable the system start to boot up but then crashes. I am using the integrated graphics.

Has anyone been able to run from display port cable with the integrated graphics? Would appreciate any help.

Was anybody ever able to boot with a display port cable connected? If i boot with HDMI only connected, and later plut Display Port, I get dual monitor support. But with only display port the screen turns blank (i can still use remote desktop and restart the machine).

Yes, my Asus Z170i is able to boot via DisplayPort Cable to the BDM 4065UC Display from Philips.

Installation on Intel HD 530 and Asus Z170i Pro Gaming,
you have to make with HDMI cable and then plug into DP...

i´ve put a GTX 950 AC from eVGA in it, and all Ports working very well.

as RST43 wrote, you have to install via HDMI Cable and then plugin a Display Port Cable. Check the DP Cable for High Quality. Low Quality Cable wont work.
