Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

It is turned off (as you can see in ioreg, no PEGP under PCI0->PEG0).
But you do not need all those SSDTs in ACPI/patched.
Only the SSDTs that actually required patches should be placed in ACPI/patched.

Note: Your config.plist is corrupt:

Your ACPI dump (in ACPI/origin) is wrong.
Must use newer Clover as per post #1.
