Speed Shift and SpeedStep are set to 0x1? or am I missing something?

For deactivating CFG Lock you need to set it to 0x00 not 0x01.
Thank you very much @LeLunZ it was indeed the problem.

On the first page it says

disable cfg lock setup_var 0x4ed 0x01

I know… After I read that on the first page, I checked the extracted Bios binaries and found that this is indeed wrong.
Forgot to post it.

Hi, It's really great! Could you please share the EFI?
I've struggle for long time.

Monterey is on my agenda for next week with the release of OpenCore 0.7.5. My XPS 9560 is still my daily driver laptop, so I'm happy to maintain the EFI in a new thread. @blazinsmokey has done a huge amount of work to upkeep this EFI, but he may have sold his device or may not use it regularly.

hi guys
I am also in the loop with the upgrade my xps15 9560 from BigSur to Monterey
I found that this is possible only when OpenCore is already in 0.7.4
I try many times but no luck with the updates
opencore is very different from 0.6.4

MLB, Serial number & UUID has been blanked out

Bluetooth also works now w/ the latest Kext Updates

However Low Power Mode seems to freeze my system

Note: I'm using the latest UEFI

BTW I've also tried undervolting, however (as already mentioned in this thread) it's not feasible w/ the current firmware.

Therefore I was curious whether anyone actually tried a downgrade (I'm afraid of bricking my device and having to reflash it via an EEPROM flasher)
